How do I save emails using the Outlook Plugin?
- Open Outlook and open the 'Save to CCUBE' plugin
- Open the email you want to save
- On the plugin, tick next to the entity name you want to save this to
- Click the Save email button
When you go back to Adviser Portal, you should see this email appear under the Client Record > Files > Emails
Any attachments within the saved email can be viewed after opening the Email in Client Manager. Please note these attachments will not be copied into the Client Manager Documents section.
Can I delete emails from my Outlook inbox once saved to Client Manager?
- Yes (if you want!) - Once emails have been saved to the system (either through the Outlook Plugin or Webmail) the record/email can be deleted from your Outlook Inbox.
