Your domain name is identified in the second half of your email address.
For example john.smith@aussiepractice.com.au
The domain name in this example is 'aussiepractice'
To update this in Client Manager, go to Settings > Manage practice > SMTP Settings:
Re-enter your Domain Name:
Then click Save.
To make sure it's working, please open Webmail.
Please note: when changing your Domain Name, you are also changing this for all other users within your practice. We assume everyone in your practice has the same domain name.
