Your domain name is identified in the second half of your email address.
For example: firstname.lastname@example.org
The domain name in this example is 'aussiepractice'
To update this in Client Manager, go to Settings > Manage practice > SMTP Settings:
and re-enter your Domain Name:
Then click Save.
To test if it's working, please open Webmail.
Please note, when changing your Domain Name, you are also changing this for all other users within your practice.
