How do I enter my email credentials?
To enter or edit your email credentials:
- Go to Settings > User Information
- Click on Edit and scroll down under Contact Information to Email
- Enter your Email and Email password
You can also select either Manual or Automatic (recommended) for Webmail access.
- Manual means you will have to confirm your email password each time you access Webmail.
- Automatic means you will be seamlessly logged in and will not have to confirm your email password each time.
How do I configure my SMTP settings?
- To configure SMTP settings, go to Settings > Manage practice > SMTP Settings
- Enter the required information and click Save
For Outlook or Gmail users, we have provided the information below.
For others, please consult your local IT Support for the below-required details.
For Outlook/Office365 users
SMTP settings should be as follows:
Incoming server:
- domain: enter your domain name here
- server: imap
- Host: outlook.office365.com
- Port number: 993
- SSL: Should be ticked
Outgoing Settings
- server: smtp.office365.com
- port number: 587
- TLS: Should be ticked
For Gmail or Gmail Exchange users
SMTP settings should be as follows:
Incoming server:
- domain: gmail or your Gmail Exchange domain name
- server: imap
- Host: imap.gmail.com
- Port number: 993
- SSL: Should be ticked
Outgoing server:
- server: smtp.gmail.com
- port number: 465
- SSL: Should be ticked
How can I open Webmail?
Webmail can be launched in two ways:
- Accessing Webmail through Menu > Email > Webmail:
- Sending an email to a client or about a client through Client Manager.
