Client Manager handles document creation in a unique and efficient way, that enables a user to reuse aspects of different documents in multiple applications.
These reusable aspects of a document are referred to as Sections.
If we consider the application of a Statement of Advice (SOA), the Sections of that document would include things like the Cover Page, Table of Contents and 'About You' - rather than grouping these individual Sections together each time the template is generated, we would group these together as a Master Template - which is simply a loose collection of pre-defined Sections.
Advantages
- Again consider breaking these larger templates down into bite-sized Sections - it means that we can recycle the same sections across multiple documents/Master Templates
- This builds efficiency through document maintenance, as we only need to update the Section once and the System will automatically reference those changes wherever the Section is used
- It also gives the user an extreme amount of flexibility to generate exactly the document that they need, which cuts down the time spent editing your completed document to remove redundant content
