What are 'Areas of Scope'?
- Areas of Scope are the tick boxes a user will see when outlining what is In Scope/Out of Scope within an Advice Wizard Scenario
The default Scope options are tied to the tabs that a user will then see within 'Recommendations' and these cannot be changed:
- All Investments (this will auto select all areas to be In Scope)
- Insurance
- Investment
- Loans
- Retirement Income Stream
- Superannuation
Adding new Scope options
- New Scope options can be added, and while these will not be tied to recommendation tabs they can still be used for scoping text, Further Questions and general coding
- Navigate to Settings > Advice Wizard Settings > SOA Type Settings
- Add a New SOA Type
- Input a Name for the Type and Tax Structure if appropriate
Text tied to Scoping options
- Text can be automatically tied to Scoping Options, which will auto appear for either In Scope or Out of Scope
- Navigate to Settings > Advice Wizard Settings > SOA Type Settings
- Edit or Create a new Type
- Input text for both IN Scope and OUT of Scope > Save
- Log out and back in, you will then see the new scoping option/s as well as the linked text
