Appendix Items are documents or files that are designed to be used as an appendix to an advice document, be that a Statement of Advice (SOA) or Record of Advice (ROA)
Creating Appendix Items
Appendix Items can be uploaded under Settings and then coded for within Template Management
Navigate to Settings > Advice Wizard Settings > Appendix Items
Select Add Appendix Items
Enter the name for your Appendix Item and upload the File
Coding for Appendix Items
Navigate to Menu > Practice Management > Template Management
Create/Open a Section
Expand on Appendix Items > Drag an Appendix Item on to a Section
Codes for Appendices can be used with the same rules as other coding, which includes being able to control content with Further Questions and Conditional Tags - more information on template construction can be found here
