In the real world you will have clients that will cease their relationship with your practice. You will need to apply this update to Client Manager. The best way to update this is via the Marketing Status.
Go to your client's CRM record. You will notice their Marketing Status is currently 'Existing'.
Click Edit at the bottom of the screen:
Scroll to the Marketing information section and change the Marketing Status to 'Cancelled'.
Then click Save:
Your client record is successfully archived!
Please keep in mind, you may still need to revoke/block any client access to Client Portal if you had provided this to them.
