You may be getting this error message when trying to generate a Lonsec report:
This may be related to your permissions when your Client Manager user login was set up.
This is fixable though!
Firstly, you need a Dealer login to use.
If you do, simply go to Settings > Manage users > Users:
Look up the user you want to check/apply this permission for - then click the View action button.
It will take you to the User information page. In this example, you will see this user has ticked No for Lonsec research. We need to change this to Yes.
Click Edit on the top right-hand corner, and change it to Yes, and then click Save.
It might take a few minutes / you will need to log out and log back in to get it up and running properly.
