If you have two clients who share a joint investment account with an investment provider (like Macquarie for example), you will have to let us know.
At the moment, we are unable to provide the option to map an investment datafeed account as a "joint" account in Client Manager. This is something we recognise and are working on to improve our mapping functionality.
If you require assistance with this, please email us with the investment account number along with the Portfolio Valuation report from the provider and we can get this mapped correctly for you.
