The Advice Wizard licence module is required to interact with the Wizard within Client Manager.
Advice Wizard Overview Guide
What is Advice Wizard?
Advice Wizard is Client Manager's advice generation and modelling vehicle.
It can allow users to conduct simple modelling/quoting, all the way through to complete Advice Document generation.
What are the components of Advice Wizard?
- Scenario Manager
The user can toggle between previous scenarios, adjust the scenario type or create a new advice scenario. - Advice For?
If required, related entities can be included in the scenario for modelling, such as a partner.
*Coming Soon - multi-entity modelling within the same scenario - Scope of Advice
Outline what areas are 'In/Out of Scope' for the scenario and allows the user to personalise the scoping text to better reflect the client situation. - Objectives
Depending on what areas have been marked as 'In Scope', Client Manager will auto read the client record to see if there are corresponding Objectives; if so, these will be brought into the Wizard for the Adviser to consider. Objectives can also be created against the client record in this step of the Wizard. - Risk Profile
The Wizard will automatically bring through the current Risk Profile that has been set for the client; if needed the user can re-take the Risk Profile Questionnaire (RPQ) to calculate a new Risk Profile, override the existing Profile, or if needed apply a different Risk Profile for Super vs Non-Super. - Fact Find
The Fact Find gives the user an opportunity to review information within the client record, and make final adjustments to the client's information/current position if needed before moving onto modelling. - Recommendations
The Recommendations page allows the use to commence writing advice/modelling/building strategies. Data around the client's current position such as income/expenses/loans/assets/holdings will be presented to the user, who can interact with these and the Wizard overall as needed. - Compare Scenario
Scenario comparison enables a user to compare alternate strategies against each other, which will present a visual (Line Graph) representation of performance in different areas - these can then be included in the final generated document; additionally, the current scenario can be used as a Baseline projection which will compare the client's current situation with no change against the proposed scenario. - Objectives Addressed
This page will present the user with a list of the objectives from Step 4; a user will then indicate whether their advice addressed the client's objective. If it does, they will then be able to further expand on how the objective has been addressed and leaves the client in a better position. - Further Questions
Further Questions give users the chance to interact with a variety of targeted questions; by answer these questions, text/content will then be inserted into the Advice Document (SOA/ROA). It can be a useful tool to streamline the overall construction of the document - questions may control something as small as a point in the 'Executive Summary' or entire pages of strategy text. - Generate Document
The Document Generation is the final step in the Advice Wizard; users will select a document from the 'Master Template' list, or manually select Sections to generate. Once the order have sections has been finalised, a user simply generates the document. From there, the document can be saved to the Client Record and provided to the end client.
