Workflow Overview
- A Workflow is a task/collection of tasks that push the user/s through a specific process, actioning key items at each stage to complete the process
- Workflows are one of the most powerful features of Client Manager - they allow a user to work through a process, but rather than moving around the system to complete required tasks, Client Manager will bring that information to the user
- Tasks can be pushed between different users, depending on how the workflow has been configured
Assigning Workflows
Assigning in Bulk
- Generate a client list
- Select all clients > Actions > Bulk Assign Workflow
- Select Workflow and Assign
Assigning to Single Client
- Click on Create > CRM > Assign Workflow
- Select Workflow and Assign
Working through a Task
- Working through a task can involve taking responsibility for the task, working through the actions, completing any notes or checklist items, before marking the task as 'Complete'
