Templates Overview
- Templates within Client Manager enable a document, email, file note or SMS to be created with dynamic components to update and reflect information held within the system, such as a client's first name
- Coding within Client Manager is universal, so the same code can be used across all templates within the system
Template Types for Documents
- Master Template - a collection of Sections that are designed to be generated and produced as one seamless document
- Section - a single document such as a letter, or aspect of a larger document such as the 'About You' section in an Advice Document
- Sub-Section - a re-usable section of content, that can be dragged into a Section; this can be useful if you have regular text that you want to use in multiple documents - you can drag in the Sub-Section each time, rather than needing to recreate the text
