The Dealer and Practice User Hierarchy allows for additional configuration of your site.
- Users with a standalone site
- Users who are part of their Dealer Group's site
- Dealer Level Login
- Practice Level Login
Users with a standalone site
If you have your own instance of Client Manager, someone within the business will have a 'Dealer Login' which will allow for a higher level site configuration.
If you are unsure who this user is, you can always reach out to our Support Team to ask.
Users who are part of their Dealer Group's site
If you are a user on a site that is hosted/owned by your Dealer Group, then the Site Administrator at Head Office will have access to this login.
Changes to the site at the Dealer Level are more heavily policed as these changes will affect all underlying practices that are part of the overall group.
Dealer Level Login
The Dealer has the ability to create content such as:
- Portfolio Products
- Templates (documents, emails and SMS)
- Sample Text - as well as promoting user's Favourites to a Sample
- User/Schedule Reports
Other Users can interact with Dealer Created Content, but they cannot edit it unless they too are a Dealer.
Practice Level Login
The Practice Level login is a user's everday login when using the System.
A Practice user can also interact with Dealer Created Content, but they cannot edit the content.
Content can usually be 'Copied' - this means that a Practice User will create an exact replica of the Dealer Created Content, owned at the Practice Level, so that they can adjust as needed.
