A Widget is a configurable snapshot of information that will appear on your Dashboard

Arranging the Dashboard
- A user can drag widgets into the relevant order that you wish to see these appear
- By default, System Defined Widgets will always sit above User Defined Widgets in order of view
System Defined Widgets
- A system defined widget is an option that is pre-set through the 'Change View' button on the Dashboard
System Defined Widgets cannot be modified
- The system defined widgets are available in two formats: Chart and Grid Components
- If you want to add these Widgets to your Dashboard, tick the box next to your desired Widget > Add to Dashboard
- System Defined Widgets include:

It is recommended that you select no more than 4 Widgets for your Dashboard.
Grid Components
- Grid Component Widgets display their data in table format, such as Outstanding Tasks
Chart Components
- These are widgets that will display as a graph or chart on the dashboard such as a ‘FUM’ chart
User Defined Widgets
- A user can create their own Widget to better suit individual needs
- A user defined widget can only be seen by the user who created it
- This can be done through Menu > Practice Management > Widgets
User Defined Widgets will automatically sit below System Defined Widgets if both are on the Dashboard.
