The Business Contacts functionality allows you to store electronic records of relevant individuals or companies; file notes can then be created for these Contacts to record appropriate interaction.
This is handy for records that are not referral partners or professional advisers, such as Platform BDMs.
- Business Contacts can be created/edited/deleted via Menu > CRM > List of business contacts > Add Business Contact or on the fly through Create > CRM > Business Contact
- A list of existing Business Contacts can be viewed from here
- If a user opens the contact card for a Business Contact, they will be able to view/edit details, as well as create file notes for that contact as well
- When creating a new Business Contact a user will simply indicate whether the contact is for an individual or company, and then complete relevant details for the contact
