It is likely that you have recommended a recommendation amount that exceeds the cap. For example, this can occur with a Non-Concessional contribution if you are applying a bring-forward rule.
If this is the case, you will need to apply a manual adjustment.
This can be done under View Projection > Change projection settings::
From here, you will need to Add a Manual Adjustment as per below:
You will need to update the highlighted boxes below according to the Cap adjustment:
Click Save and check your projection/recommendation again.
