You will need to check the Owners settings in each of the funds. These may have doubled.
- Go to your client's CRM > Financials > Investment Portfolio > View Investments > View all investments
- Click the Edit icon next to the fund to see their details
- Scroll to the Owners section
Do you see a double in Owners details?
If so, please click simply click Add/Edit Owners and remove one of the Owner entries.
Don't forget to do an 'Import Existing Portfolio' to your Advice Wizard scenario so this is updated correctly.
